The 2024 Qualisino training was successfully held from May 10th to 11th in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. As the general licensee of Qualicoat, Qualideco, Qualanod, and Qualisteelcoat in China, Qualisino has always been committed to providing practical, reasonable and sustainable quality standards for the architectural aluminum profile industry in China, and assisting enterprises produce high-quality and stable products as their responsibility!
With the development of technology and the continuous upgrading of the industry, the quality standard systems of Qualicoat, Qualideco, Qualanod, and Qualisteelcoat are also constantly improved and updated every year. In order to enable certified factories and relevant professionals in the industry to comprehensively, timely and deeply understand the updates and development trends of standards, regular training is particularly crucial.
At this training, Ms.Jerry Li,the Chief Representative of Qualisino, made a Qualisino development report and explained the 2024 version of the Qualicoat standard. Mr.Derek Ding, General Manager of IFO Hangzhou Laboratory, shared the 2024 version of Qualisteelcoat standard and shared the comparison of Qualicoat with EN12206 and GSB standards. Mr.Luis Luo, the Project Manager of IFO Hangzhou Laboratory, provided a detailed interpretation of the inspection reports for Qualicoat, Qualanod, and Qualisteelcoat. We also invited Mr. Abdelrhman, a Middle East inspector recognized by Qualicoat, to summarize and analyze the issues encountered during factory inspections that everyone concerned about. Mr.Peter Wen, Quality Manager of IFO Hangzhou Laboratory, provided a detailed introduction to the testing methods of Qualicoat, Qualideco, Qualanod, and Qualisteelcoat related standards. At the end of this training, a questionnaire examination was conducted to deepen the participants' understanding of the standards.
On the morning of May 21st, attendees were organized to visit and study at the IFO laboratory，then did some simple hands-on operations.
